Our aim is for ​ you to feel safe and comfortable when you visit us so we have taken lots of steps to ensure we have the highest standards of hygiene. As well as undertaking numerous training courses to ensure we fully understand hygiene, infection control and correct use of PPE at JB we also implement the following:

• We're operating on an appointment-only basis 
• We email out a health screening form prior to your arrival
• We require clients to wear a face covering, hands are sanitised on arrival and throughout your visit as necessary
• All treatments have been risk assessed and adjusted if necessary
• Relevant PPE is worn for all treatments
• Our couches are prepared for your comfort - if we can't wash it or sanitise it we don't use it!

We want you to feel comfortable during your visit to us; if you are unwell in any way please reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.
